Tennis AI provides AI-powered tennis match predictions using machine learning models trained on historical match data. Our predictions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute gambling advice.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

3. Payments & Refunds

Wallet deposits are processed through Stripe (card) or ChangeNow (cryptocurrency). Deposits are non-refundable except in cases of service failure. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Prediction Disclaimer

Our predictions are based on statistical models and historical data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no guarantees about prediction accuracy. Users are solely responsible for any betting decisions made based on our predictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not: resell or redistribute our predictions, use automated tools to scrape data, attempt to reverse-engineer our models, or use the service for any illegal purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tennis AI is not liable for any financial losses resulting from the use of our predictions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
